      We are really sorry that the event you mentioned is exclusive and by-invitiation only.
      However, you may attend the Technical Workshop during16-18 May, discussing the same sub-themes, but the Technical Workshop paticipants are subject to pay the Registration Fee, which I assume you know very well about this as it is on the webpage.
